Shop Policies for Jewelry

Right now all sales are domestic U.S. only and also please contact me for multiple purchases as I will adjust the shipping amount.  All of my jewelry pieces are unique and made individually by my hand so with that in mind please email/contact me for more information on a particular piece or to see more photos/details.  I will and can retrofit if something does not quite fit right.  Some - but not all- pieces parts may be duplicated if something should happen depending on the damage that should occur I may charge you for the replacement components but not to fix or reassemble the piece - that part is usually easy and that fix will be free.  The shipping charge will be at your cost.  Again always email or call me for more info on a piece or concerns or questions.  I want you to be completely happy and excited with your purchase.  If still and totally not completely happy with the purchase please email me and send it back within 7 days in its original condition and shipping with insurance is at the buyer's expense.  Refund is for piece only.  Thank you!
